Career Transition

Our career transition consultants help people effectively handle the often stressful process of ending one phase in their careers and successfully transitioning to their next role.  All our consultants are also highly experienced executive coaches – this enables them to take a tailored approach to each client.

We support management and staff through all stages of the restructuring/redundancy process including advising on planning and communication, handling legal and HR issues, managing the transition, training and group workshops plus individual career transition support at all levels.

Most of our consultants have worked on projects with global corporates and have lived and worked in several countries.  This enables us to support transitions that involve relocation and also enables us to understand the needs and dynamics of our global clients.

We are passionate about South Africa.  We understand its unique cultural challenges – our view is both local and global.

Our Career Transition Approach

We provide a process that is flexed according to the needs of each individual.  The topics covered are likely to include:

  • Negotiating an optimal salary
