Margaret’s program for high potential women at BP is recognised as best practice and is now in its 3rd successful year.  The program has been rolled out to the UK and USA. She is the main provider of Leadership Development at Unilever where her work consistently gains excellent results. Prior to this, for seven years, she was the main provider of leadership training and coaching for BNP Paribas in London. This work included coaching skills for managers and explored cross-cultural issues in the business.

Margaret works in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg and across Africa.  She is a well-regarded public speaker, and was recently invited to do talks on Conscious Leadership: Power and Rank Dynamics in Organizations at the Institute of Directors, the Black Management Forum and the Business Women’s Association.
