Ron is a graduate of Cambridge University and Ashridge Business School where he graduated with a Masters degree in Organisational Change (with distinction). Ron’s aim is to enable business people to grow to their next level.

Margaret has extensive business experience in the UK and in South Africa. Margaret’s 16 years leadership development/coaching equip her to work at the most senior level. Her coaching style is holistic and enables executives to find energy, passion, balance and to be at their best. Margaret has a masters degree from Ashridge Business School in the management of change.
Margaret works in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg and across Africa. She is a well-regarded public speaker, and was recently invited to do talks on Conscious Leadership: Power and Rank Dynamics in Organizations at the Institute of Directors, the Black Management Forum and the Business Women’s Association.
Margaret has a special interest in women leaders’ development and awareness of Power and Rank issues in organizations. She is also currently coaching leaders at top SA corporates such as BP, Ernst and Young, Pepsico, Merck and Rand Merchant Bank.

She works with international NGOs to develop corporate social responsibility projects and peace making initiatives. She is Board Trustee of the ICF (International Coach Federation) Foundation, focusing on how to bring coaching to the not-for-profit world.

Mongezi’s corporate experience includes the role of Head of Talent Management and Development for the Absa Group. This gives him an in depth insight into business systems and enables him to coach powerfully in areas of career and leadership.
